Intern, schmintern. Don’t let the title fool you, because this third-year law student has a legit legal mind and the growing experience to prove it. Sean was born in Denver, but grew up in Las Vegas where he earned a political science degree at UNLV. We guess what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay there, because Sean brought his passions for technology and start-ups back to his birthplace to attend law school at CU Boulder. The altitude gladly welcomed him back.
As a first-year law student, one of Sean’s papers was selected for publication in the Colorado Technology Law Journal and he competed in the New Venture Challenge (it’s a start-up thing) where his team reached the finals. This year he’ll join the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, and who
knows where he’ll go from there. In a past life, Sean worked in fine dining and was training to be a sommelier, but he says his ultimate goal is to build his skills and advise entrepreneurial companies on their legal matters (and which wines to drink at happy hour).
