Dion focuses her practice on business litigation issues ranging from ownership and employee disputes and corporate dissolutions to fraud and fiduciary claims. No fair, she gets all the fun stuff.
Prior to joining Modus, Dion spent several years litigating disputes in the areas of bad faith, professional malpractice, personal injury and construction liability. She attended Lewis & Clark College for undergrad and earned her Masters in Political Theory and J.D. from the University of Colorado. In law school, she contributed to the University of Colorado Law Review and was the lead student coordinator for Silicon Flatirons, a program devoted to encouraging entrepreneurship. In a past life, Dion has also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Meyer III in Colorado’s 2nd Judicial District.
